Choose LED bulbs? We explain why:

  • LED lighting is very energy efficient
LED lighting is very energy efficient compared to traditional lights, because it uses less energy to produce the same light output. Did you know that the lifetime of a LED bulb is up to 10 times longer?
  • LED light sources last longer
LED light sources last longer, avoiding the hassle of frequent changing of light bulbs. This significantly reduces waste but also saves money in the long term energy saving.
  • LED light save up to 90% energy
LED light save up to 90% energy compared to a traditional bulb with the same light output. There are 2 things that make LED bulbs the most energy efficient bulbs; very low energy usage and a very long lifetime. That's good news, not just for our environment, but also for you. Long life time

  • What is a halogen lamp?
Halogen is a type of incandescent bulb. It has a tungsten filament just like a regular incandescent that you may use in your home, however the bulb is filled with halogen gas, usually bromine or iodine. A halogen light source provides a crisp white light with an outstanding color rendering which makes this bulb ideal for many applications.
  • Why does a halogen bulb last longer than incandescent?
Halogen light bulbs last two to five times longer than traditional incandescent bulbs. This is due to the halogen regenerative cycle process. The halogen gas helps the evaporated tungsten particles to deposit back on the filament instead of the lamp wall. This postpones the breakage of the filament and allows the lamp to extend its life.

Energy saving lamps

  • What are the benefits of CFL?
Compact fluorescent light bulbs (CFLs) last longer, use less electricity than conventional incandescent light bulbs. They are a great choice if you are looking for an easy way to save energy and reduce your lighting bills
  • How long will CFL bulbs last?
CFL light bulbs have a lifespan from 6000 hours of up to 15 000 hours of usage, so they rarely need replacing. In comparison, typical incandescent light bulbs are usually rated to last up to 1.000 hours. Actual lifetime will be affected by the frequency of on-off cycles, and the operating environment (extreme cold or hot environment may result in shorter life).
  • What should I do when CFL stop working?
Compact fluorescent lamps have to be treated as special waste. They must be taken to your local waste facilities for recycling.
